Vine Leadership

Vine People:

Jennifer Boll
Jennifer oversees the work of "The Seven" - the volunteer coordinators for all Sunday teams (setup, foodie, greeters, takedown). Jennifer works for the Florida Baptist Childrens Home. Email Jennifer.

Kenny Ellis
Kenny oversees the discipleship/spiritual growth function of Vine, including small groups. Kenny also serves on FPC staff as Director of Discipleship. Kenny & Jennie have four sons: Kobe, Conner, Coleman and Cooper. .

Jennifer Helton
Jennifer oversees the newcomer welcome and assimilation component of Vine, including the newcomer pizzas and community outreach. Jennifer is single and works full-time for the Lakeland Center.

Andy Stone
Andy participates in Vine Leads as a mentor and prayer intercessor. Andy and Susie have a daughter in high school, Jessica, and in college, Chelsea. Andy is a pharmaceutical rep. 683-6643.

Richie Johnson
Richie oversees the community life component of Vine, including prayer and fellowship.  Richie and Kristin have three children, Faith, Trey and Ethan. Richie works for Southern Homes.

Ashley Link
Ashley oversees the missional component of Vine, including workdays and community service projects. Ashley & Jonathan have a son, Hudson. Ashley works for Lakeland Regional Medical Center. 

 Support Staff:

Lynn Barna
Lynn is a key volunteer responsible for the physical setup and the volunteers who work in the Vine worship space on Sunday morning. Lynn has two grown children, including Chrissy and family who also attend Vine.  

Mike Loudon
Mike is the Pastor/Head of Staff of FPC. Mike & Joyce have three grown children and 8 grandchildren living in Kansas and Nebraska. .

HL McConnell
HL serves on the fine arts staff of FPC and is resposible for the music and arts in the Sunday morning worship experience. HL is married to Nikki and they have a son, Quinn. .  

Nikki McConnell
Nikki is the volunteer coordinator for Kids Etc., the childrens' program for K-3rd grade during Vine. Nikki also is a singer in the worship band. Nikki & HL have a son, Quinn. .  

Dan Renz
Dan serves part-time on the fine arts staff of FPC and is the technical director for Vine. Dan is also a school administrator at Teneroc High School. .
