The Older Adult Ministry was designed for those who have retired or are of retirement age and have time to become more active in the work of the church. There is no minimum or maximum age - we have members from 50 to 90 years of age. Both men and women are active in the organization. The Older Adult Ministry was established to:

1. Provide Fellowship for older men and women - a place to get acquainted with other members, to work together and take trips together.

2. Personal Enrichment - A chance to stretch minds, learn something new or different, and utilize talents, thus avoiding becoming "rusty."

3. Provide an Avenue of Service - ways to help both in and outside the church. Many of us get in the habit of living only for ourselves, expecting others to do for us rather than our doing for others.

Please consider this Your Invitation to come to the Older Adult activities. Becoming a part of a small group is one of the best ways to get to know other members of the church. We have a good time sharing together in laughter, learning experiences, good food, interesting discussions and wonderful fellowship.

Coordinator for Older Adult Ministries: Rev. Richard Huggins (Dick): 686-7187 ext 230.
