We believe active membership in a church is an important step for anyone looking to grow and mature their faith. We know this is an important decision and want to give you every opportunity to learn more about us.
Anyone who visits once or twice, and feels a connection with our church, is warmly invited to be a part of our “First Family!” Every 3rd Sunday, at all services, we introduce newcomers and invite them to feel like they belong to our church family as “First Friends.” There are no obligations for First Friends members, and all doors to worship, growth, mission and ministry are open to you.
Once you’ve become a First Friend, we believe you’ll want to take the next step and join our First Family. Our members are a vital source of support and resources for accomplishing the Lord’s work. We hold New Member Orientation sessions throughout the year. These sessions allow you to discover your spiritual gifts and ministry interests. Contact the church office at 686-7187 for more information on New Member Orientation sessions.

Our “First Friends”…
• Are welcome to participate actively in any ministry, class, group,
program or outreach of the church, no strings attached!
• Are linked with a church member or family who has agreed to serve
as a source of friendship, encouragement and support for you as you find
your niche in our First Family.
• Are encouraged to pursue specific opportunities for spiritual
growth, like the Foundations Courses, Koinonia Small Group Ministry, Spiritual
Gift discovery, and adult Sunday School classes.
